This is a super easy banana bread recipe that my kids LOVE. I usually don’t use all of the sugar if the bananas are large and the recipe still works. Enjoy!
Equipment
- Two large bowls
- Whisk
- Loaf pan
- Parchment Paper
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
- Mix wet ingredients in one bowl
- Combine dry and wet ingredients
- Bake in oven for about 40 minutes
