Here is an easy, healthy recipe that is tasty but that can be done in a short time to fit busy schedules
I call them Fajitas but I’m not sure that these are. I believe that these are an invention that happened a night when I opened my fridge and tried to figure out what to feed my family with the ingredients that were there. Nonetheless, my kids love them and I usually mash some avocado, dice some tomato and red onion, get some shredded cheese out (my kids like mozzarella) and some sour cream. I set all of these in the middle of the table and everyone adds what they like.
